Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged during transit, we’re here to help.
Please share clear images/videos for verification within 24 hours of delivery.
Once approved, you can choose either a replacement or a refund.
Refunds (Prepaid Orders)
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Replacements
Approved replacement orders will be delivered within 3–6 business days.
Orders & Returns
Products once sold are generally not eligible for return or refund after successful delivery.
We request customers to review their order details carefully before confirming the purchase.
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For orders placed with partial advance payment:
The prepaid amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
In case the courier is unable to deliver the order, we will resend your order at no additional cost.
Order Changes
Any changes to delivery address or order details must be requested before dispatch.
We will do our best to support changes if informed in time.
